Influencer Relations Specialist - Brazilian Market

This is a full-time remote position open to candidates across Brazil.

BASIC SALARY per month:

R$ 2,500 + KPI bonus of R$ 3,000 (after a probation period of 2-3 months)

We are an international company with a cutting-edge online booking app for beauty salon owners. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Influencer Relations Specialist to lead our partnerships with Brazilian influencers.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, negotiate, and build strong relationships with influencers in the beauty industry.
• Lead negotiations to achieve the best partnership outcomes, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
• Effectively present the app’s value to influencers and partners.
• Ensure influencer-created content adheres to technical requirements and creative briefs.
• Provide constructive feedback to influencers and ensure contract fulfillment.
• Track and analyze performance metrics related to influencer campaigns.
• Maintain a proactive approach to communication and follow-through on all agreements.
• Understand social media algorithms and trends to optimize content strategy.
• Write creative scripts and develop basic visuals to guide influencer content creation.

Qualifications

• Strong negotiation skills and ability to reach win-win agreements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building rapport.
• Ability to manage influencer performance and enforce quality standards.
• Proven ability to drive results and meet goals.
• Experience in social media marketing, sales, influencer management preferred.
• Basic knowledge of content creation, writing engaging texts, and creating attractive visual designs.
• Native Portuguese; fluent English, Spanish is a plus.
