Ux Researcher

UX Researcher | Remote LATAM | EST/CST

We’re looking for a UX Researcher with a strong research-driven mindset to join a dynamic product design team. This role is heavily focused on UX research rather than pure design, so we need someone who has hands-on experience engaging directly with users, conducting interviews, and translating insights into impactful product decisions.

You’ll work closely with product, design, and engineering teams to support the development of SaaS solutions, contributing to user-centered experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research (interviews, usability testing, qualitative analysis)

• Engage directly with users to gather insights

• Translate findings into actionable recommendations

• Create wireframes and prototypes in Figma

• Collaborate in Agile/Scrum environments

• Support product roadmap with UX deliverables

Must Have

• Advanced English (written and spoken)

• Strong UX research experience with direct user interaction

• Proven experience conducting user interviews

• 2–4 years of UX/Product Design experience

• Proficiency in Figma (2+ years)

• Experience creating wireframes and prototypes

• Background in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Pharma, or Clinical environments

• Strong portfolio showcasing research and design processes

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams

• Excellent communication and analytical skills

Nice to Have

• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript

• Experience with SaaS, responsive or mobile products

• Experience working on product iterations

• Knowledge of usability and accessibility standards

• Background in healthcare, biotech, or pharma industries
