Descrição:
What you´ll do
- Develop, analyze, and update the Master Production Schedule (MPS), ensuring alignment between capacity, material availability, and service level targets;
- Conduct detailed analyses of production constraints and propose adjustments to short- and mid-term plans to ensure efficient execution;
- Monitor planning KPIs (OTIF, schedule adherence, service level, inventory coverage, production efficiency) and generate insights to support decision-making;
- Serve as a technical reference within the team, supporting more junior analysts and ensuring process standardization.
- Collaborate closely with Supply Chain, Production, Quality, and Logistics teams to ensure aligned and integrated operational decisions;
- Participate in S&OP/S&OE routines, preparing detailed analyses and proactively highlighting risks, gaps, and mitigation plans;
- Support digitalization and automation initiatives using tools such as Power BI, SAP, and advanced Excel;
- Manage complex planning scenarios involving mix variability, seasonality, and capacity constraints to ensure robust and sustainable plans;
- Contribute to local and regional projects focused on process optimization, production efficiency, and cost reduction.

Outros requisitos:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields;
- Solid experience in production planning within industrial environments; experience in multinational companies is a plus;
- Strong command of ERP systems (SAP preferred), advanced Excel skills, and ability to build analytical dashboards in Power BI;
- Highly analytical mindset, structured problem-solving skills, and ability to handle complexity within supply chain environments;
- Strong communication skills and maturity to interact with cross-functional teams and different organizational levels.
- Proactive, driven, and autonomous in problem resolution, with a strong sense of urgency;
- Intermediate English /Spanish.
