The Customer Service Representative will act as a liaison between the company and our customers. They will handle inquiries, resolve complaints, process orders, and provide information about our products and services. The ideal candidate is patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative, ensuring that customers feel valued and supported.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently. Maintain a thorough understanding of our products/services to provide knowledgeable support to customers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, supply chain, or a related field.
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening & Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
