SALES and SERVICE SPECIALIST

Your Mission:

• Sales Support: Assisting in identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, supporting Key Accounts of existing clients/end customers in the region (Brazil and Latin America); conducting product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
• Customer Service: Provide top-notch technical support and service to clients, resolving technical issues in a timely and professional manner and translating technical requirements for products and the eventual need of new solutions.
• Technical Expertise: understanding customer needs, recommending appropriate solutions and providing technical guidance and support.
• Client Relationship Management: Building strong relationships with clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty. Developing ongoing industry contact/network liaising.
• Continuous Learning: Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, product developments, and emerging technologies to provide the best possible solutions to clients.

Your Talent:

• Fluent in English, ideally also Spanish.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering and/or Technical certifications.
• Ideally experienced with equipment and/or technologies application for press, construction and agriculture
• Overall we’re looking for a mature, reliable, organized and punctual professional
• Travelling-availability is needed.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented and capable of working independently.
• Previous experience in a sales or customer service role is a plus.
• Position based in Sorocaba
